The National Communications Authority (NCA) in South Sudan issued a restriction on the importation, sale, and activation of Starlink broadband internet equipment. The NCA has not granted any license for Starlink operations in South Sudan and anyone involved in such activities without proper authorization is in direct violation of the law and will face penalties, fines, confiscation of equipment, and prosecution in a court of law.
